Tres Palmares is situated only a short walk from Puerto Banus in a quiet residential area just below the bull-ring. There is a large (9.5m x 4.5m, 1.35m deep) swimming pool surrounded by a private enclosed garden with lawns and fruit trees.
There is a large patio with sun-loungers, a charcoal barbecue pit and a Spanish stone table and seat for outside dining. The dining table is sheltered at mid-day by a large Palm Tree (one of 3 at the property)
The villa is built in a traditional Spanish style with exposed wooden beams in upstairs rooms but has been recently completed renovated and re-fitted. Air-conditioning keeps the villa cool in summer and heated in winter as does the under floor electric heating. The kitchen is fitted with German Nolte units and has everything your require for preparing meals during your stay. On the ground floor there is a double bedroom which is useful for those with mobility difficulties and an adjacent shower room with toilet. There is also on this level a den/office with mobile broadband internet connection, should you feel the need to keep in touch with your work back home
Upstairs there are 3 large bath/shower rooms, one of the three double bedrooms has its own patio overlooking the pool- ideal for breakfasting on and catching the early morning sunshine. This bedroom also has its own shower room. There is another large bathroom also with shower toilet and bidet on the upstairs level.
There is a LG home entertainment system which plays CDs and DVDs (a selection of which are left in the villa), Sky Television and Internet mobile broadband connection.
All-in all the villa offers the opportunity to enjoy the vibrant buzz of the high life of Puerto Banus but also caters for those who just want to enjoy a relaxing peaceful break.
