Breakages/Security Deposit

A deposit of £250 is taken to cover any breakages, damage to property, lost keys, etc. This will be refunded to you after your return, on receipt of the keys and once our agent has checked the property.

Cancellation Policy

50% charged if cancelled within 4 weeks.
75% charged if cancelled within 2 weeks.
100% charged if cancelled within 7 days.
(Deposit retained whenever cancelled.)
